The 2025 spring release enhances app stability and performance while introducing exciting new features and updates.
- Auto-splitting multi-location timecards when requesting a payroll edit: Users no longer need to manually split multi-location timecards before requesting a payroll edit. They will now be prompted with a confirmation that this splitting will occur automatically after requesting previews, when applicable.
- CASHét API PCard integration: Export PCard Envelopes from CASHét in a much simpler and efficient way, with our new API integration. Learn more here.
- Edit void date of checks: Users with the appropriate permissions can now edit the void date of checks in the current period.
- Enhanced ‘Vendor Contact’ field: The 'Vendor Contact' field inside the Contact panel of the Vendor Information page now supports 50 characters, up from 20.
- Fringe accrual warning added: When posting payroll, a warning will now appear when there are fringe accruals on the accounting import.
- Union agreement field added to the digital start form: Users can now select the applicable union agreement or contract from a dropdown menu on the digital start form.
- Gross ‘On Call’ timecards with hours to gross: Users can now automatically gross timecards with ‘On Call’ positions.
- Restricted reuse of voided check numbers: When using the payment types “auto-checks” and “generate payment files,” the reuse of payment numbers will no longer be permitted to prevent bank file exceptions.
- Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) passcode experience updated:
- Email is no longer an option for requesting passcodes. SMS delivery is now the only option to get the MFA passcode.
- The passcode entry textbox is now automatically focused and no longer suggests to auto-fill previous passcodes.
- Passcode can now be submitted with the ENTER key.

- Edit location codes: Users can now edit location codes set as budget codes in distribution changes occurring in open periods.
- Pinch-to-zoom is now available on mobile PDFs.
