Supported AP Check Stock Types:
GreenSlate is compatible with Quicken/Intuit check stock, Production Accounting Consultants pre-printed checks, or numerous blank check stock types.
Tip: Examples of each of the most commonly used AP check stock types may be found here. DP1, CK1, CK11, & CK12 are the most commonly used check types.
How To: Configure or Update Check Stock Type:
The check type is configured with the bank info. If you are creating a new bank account, in the Check Ranges area, select your check stock type and number of check copies.
Note: If you are editing the check stock type of an existing bank account, clicking ACTIONS, then EDIT from the Bank Accounts screen, under Budget Tracking.
The "Check Copies" field should be completed a number of total copies, including the check/original.
How To: Order AP Check Stock:
GreenSlate will provide payroll check stock, as needed. However, for AP check stock, please see the below information for a few of your choices when purchasing AP Check stock.
Quicken Check Stock PAC
- Checks can only be printed ONCE. If you need checks enabled for reprinting, you will have to contact help@gslate.com.
- The Federal Reserve requires that checks must be printed using MICR Toner. A link to the Federal Reserve website is HERE. For "auto", or printed checks, the MICR line must be printed using MICR toner.
Note: Some preprinted checks may not need MICR toner. - MICR toner printer options may be found HERE
- Pre-printed or blank AP check stock that is Quicken/Intuit compatible, may be purchased from Deluxe.com.
