      F1 Qualified NYC Facility/Stage Use for qualified facility in NYC. Use for qualified facility payroll in NYC.
      F2 Qualified NYS Facility/Stage Use for qualified facility costs in NYS (Dutchess, Nassau, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Suffolk and Westchester counties). Use for qualified facility payroll in NYS (Dutchess, Nassau, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Suffolk and Westchester counties).
      F3 Qualified Facility- Labor Update Use for qualified facility costs in Upstate NY (outside of New York City, Cutchess, Nassau, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Suffolk and Westchester counties). Use for qualified facility payroll in Upstate NY (outside of New York City, Dutchess, Nassau, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Suffolk and Westchester counties).
      L1 Qualified NYC Location Use for qualified costs in NYC. Use for qualified payroll in NYC.
      L2 Qualified NYS Location Use for qualified costs in NYS (Duchess, Nassau, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Suffolk and Westchester counties). Use for qualified payroll in NYS (Dutchess, Nassau, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Suffolk and Westchester counties).
      L3 Qualified Locaiton- Upstate Labor Use for qualified costs in Upstate NY (outside of New York City, Dutchess, Nassau, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Suffolk and Westchester counties). Use for qualified payroll in Upstate NY (outside of New York City, Dutchess, Nassau, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Suffolk and Westchester counties).
      OF Outside NYS Facility- Non-Qualified  Use for non-qualifying costs incurred outside of NYS, that would have been qualified if in NYS. Use for non-qualifying payroll incurred outside of NYS, that would have been qualified if in NYS.
      OL Outside NYC Location- Non-Qualified  Use for non-qualifying costs incurred outside of NYC, that would have been qualified if in NYC. Use for non-qualifying payroll incurred outside of NYC, that would have been qualified if in NYC.
      XS Non-Qualified in NYS  Use for non-qualifying costs in NY.  Use for non-qualifying payroll positions in NY.
