I was recently rehired by my previous employer. Do I need to meet another eligibility period?
If an employee is returning to the same production company within 13 weeks, your benefits will be reactivated with no gap in coverage. You will be responsible for all missed premiums during your hiatus.
Employees who return to work after 13 weeks will need to meet another eligibility period.
