How to: Update the Division of a Document

Division Managers may move documents to/from divisions.

Step 1: Under Project and Divisions, click MEMBERS.

 

Step 2: Locate the creator of the document you wish to move, then click on the number of documents in the Documents column.

 

Step 3: Select the necessary document(s), then click MOVE.

 

Step 4: Select the new division, then click CONFIRM.
