      How to: Access Alteryx Collections

      Step 1: Navigate to https://reporting.gslate.com/gallery/#!/

       

      Step 2: Click SIGN IN in the top right corner.

       

      Step 3: Click COLLECTIONS on the left navigation.

       

      Step 4: Click the appropriate collection.

       

      Step 5: Click the appropriate workflow.

       

      Step 6: Click RUN in the top right corner.

       

      Step 7: Click RUN in the popup box.

       

      Step 8: If applicable, enter parameters and click RUN.

      (If your workflow does not have parameters, skip to step 12)

       

      Step 9: Allow workflow to run.

       

      Step 10: When workflow status reaches success, click DOWNLOAD.

       

      Step 11: In popup box, choose file format and click DOWNLOAD.

       

      Step 12: If your workflow did not have parameters, wait for Job Results to indicate success with a checkmark under STATUS.

       

      Step 13: Click job title.

       

      Step 14: Click DOWNLOAD.

       

      Step 15:  Select File Format and click DOWNLOAD.
