We are pleased to announce the release of GreenSlate’s version 97.0. Below is a summary of the new features and enhancements included in this release.
Note: Items marked with “(Permission)” are enabled on request for specific user roles, and not by default.
- Re-Rates (Union): Timecards now allow users to create a re-rate position instantly. These positions do not require a start form and are approved along with the timecard on which they are created. Use of these positions is intentionally limited. This feature improves the clarity of timecards and check stubs by displaying the correct position an employee held temporarily. - Manual Vendor Code Entry (Permission): The ability to bypass an auto-generated Vendor Code is now controlled by a separate permission.
- “Copy From” Timecard Improvements: "Copy From" now allows users to copy previous timecards for the same week ending date as the current timecard, making it easier to create adjustment timecards.
- Batch Create Timecards – Copy Other Earnings: Users can now choose to copy Other Earnings present on timecards when making copies with Batch Create Timecards.
- Bills Performance Optimization: Submitting a bill with 100 detail lines is now 93% faster.
