Accounting Updates
Enforce Purchase Order Auto-Numbering Conventions. We have added a permission to uncheck the “Auto-Generate” box above “PO Number” during creation, restricting users without this permission from overriding Auto-Numbering conventions.
Improvements in Bill Payments processing. We have improved Bill Payments processing. Moving forward, clients can expect a smoother and more efficient experience with Bill Payments, resulting in fewer processing errors.
Payroll Updates
Deal Type added to Digital Start Form. When modifying a Start Form using a Union Contract, a user can now select between “Pay at Scale” (default), “Pay Over Scale” or “Subject to Negotiation”.
The 1x column is now displayed on On Call (Premium Overtime) Timecards. This change allows users to verify that the breakdown of 1x hours matches their expectations, preventing potential incorrect benefits calculations.
Employee Address now visible to Approvers on Digital Start Work. Approvers can now see an employee’s address when approving Start Work, making it easier to identify potentially distant employees.
Removed Digital Timecard Warning duplicates. We’ve removed Timecard Warnings that were showing multiple times. Now, each warning is only displayed once.
Mapped the Default Employee Position Coding (DEPC) values to the Project Employee Endpoint fields. All preexisting coding fields on the Project Employee endpoint are now populated with values from the DEPC grid when this feature is enabled.
Digital Start Work - Added the Basic Info panel to the Start Work modal. We’ve added the Basic Info panel in the Start Work modal. It was previously just showing up in the Start Work page but not in the modal. [Add Screenshot]
Bulk Download of Start Work Packets now contain I9s and W4s. I9s and W4s are now part of the Start Work Packet when using the Bulk Download functionality.
General Updates
Improved Numeric Text Box Behavior. When tabbing or clicking into a numeric text field, the cursor will automatically start at the right of the current value, allowing quicker, confident data entry.

Approval Flows - Incorrect next step is displayed. We have improved the Next Step logic in Approval Flows, so that the correct next step and approvers are displayed even when there are conditional steps in the flow.
