  • Bulk actions across multiple pages : Users can now select items across multiple pages to perform bulk actions like viewing PDFs, creating batches, sending email reminders, and downloading, eliminating the previous limitation of acting only on items within the current page. 

  • Bulk Edit Sub-Account Codes: Users can now make bulk changes to Sub-Account Codes when editing in a grid. Should a user apply a Sub-Account code to an unlinked Account code, they will receive an error validation.
  • Automatically send ACH files to JP Morgan Bank and JP Morgan Chase: Users can now automatically transmit ACH files to JP Morgan Bank and JP Morgan Chase once an applicable Bill Payment is fully approved.
  • Improved ACH Remittance Email: The ACH remittance email now includes the recipient Vendor’s name and address, and individual check/invoice row descriptions. Additionally, column and row alignment is now improved.

  • Renamed the “Detail Cost Reports” category to “Cost Reports”.
  • “Lunch” and “Dinner” Timecard Columns have been renamed to “Meal 1” and “Meal 2” This update is in line with common industry practices, which will lead to more accurate time entry.
  • The “Next Steps” and “Next Approver” column filters can be saved creating Custom Grid Views.

  • Companies can now choose a default selection for the California Wage Theft notice: Users no longer need to manually select their preferred option when creating each start form. This configuration is done by GreenSlate upon authorization.
  • A “Has Reimbursement Vendor” column has been added to the Bill Payments Grid. 
  • The Position Rate Amount has been removed from the Timecard Pre-Create page
  • The “Start Date” column in the Employee Positions grid has been renamed to “Hire Date”. 
  • Additional safeguards have been added to prevent multiple ACH sweeps for the same payroll batch. 
  • Improved the Employee List during Batch Timecard Creation to ensure all users now consistently appear.
  • Enhanced position activation to apply the intended rate, even when forms in a Start Work packet are incomplete.
